May - Sept. Hoofbeat News!

The 2009 PJHSA show season is almost over, the last English show will be on Sept. 27 at Saddle Valley Farm, hope to see everyone there!! We had a good second season of Wed. night schooling shows, everyone seemed to enjoy the format and we hope to be expanding them for 2010. The PJHSA sponsored English show on Aug. 30th was a good fundraiser for the club and we were fortunate to have wonderful weather. Ann Harrington did a great job designing the jump courses and a big "THANK YOU" to Buzz's Greenhouses for the added flowers and greenery. Please check out the "Sponsor Page", we wanted to thank everyone who helped make our shows a success this year. We could not have done it with out you!!!

We are now into the time of year where we get to make some changes for the 2010 show season. Our Annual Meeting will be on Sat. Nov. 21, 2009 at 7pm at the Plainfield Riding Club in Wind Gap. We will be voting for our 2010 officers and voting on rule changes that have been submitted by our members. We are also going to have on display examples of the Grand and Reserve awards that will be offered for the 2009 season. To vote on the rule changes you must be present at the Annual Meeting, the ballot for officers will be posted on the web under the Annual Meeting date on the "Home Page", these can be sent in if you cannot make the meeting. There is a space for write in votes for all the officers. We hope to see everyone there!!!
