 NOVEMBER Hoofbeat news!
Come to the Annual Meeting!!!  Become involved!  Use your voice to make a difference!  We want to see as many members as possible!!! Voting for the proposed rule changes will be taking place!  Mark your calendar for November 15 at Plainfield Riding Clubhouse at 7pm.  We are looking forward to seeing everyone!  Items for the 2008 Banquet Chinese Auction will also be accepted at the annual meeting.  This is always a great fundraiser for the club to get a head start on the 2009 season.

Check the English and Western point counts-if there is a problem you need to contact Ann or Lori no later than Nov. 15th.   The points become final as of Nov 16th!!!!!

PJHSA hats ($15) and t-shirts ($12) will be available for sale at the Annual Meeting.

Fee Changes for 2009— The Board has proposed that the $10.00 fee for memberships received after April 1st will be deleted. THIS WILL BE VOTED ON AT THE ANNUAL MEETING!!!!

There will no longer be a separate Junior membership.  The memberships proposed and approved by the board will be as  follows:
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP  $20.00
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP $30.00
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP $50.00

ATTENTION:  PJHSA is going web driven by the last quarter of the 2008 year.  The monthly newsletter will be discontinued as of November 2008, in order, to save $$$$. This means that ALL information, forms, etc. will be online to access at your leisure and print what YOU want.  The events and flyers will be listed as soon as they come in to us.  You will have the information months in advance.  A great idea!
